Our model is simple and innovative: 1. We assess your case free of charge, 2. With your consent we look for investors interested in funding it, 3. You evaluate the offers you receive and protect your liquidity. This process is supported by cutting-edge AI technology and is governed and overseen by industry professionals.
The validity of our assessment model rests on proprietary AI algorithms trained on millions of legal documents (rulings, legal texts, etc.) and on human oversight at every stage of the assessment. The model is all the more effective the more detailed the information provided by the user when filling in the assessment questionnaire.

How we operate

We assess
We analyze your case with the help of AI algorithms trained on millions of legal documents: the analysis is checked by our team and validated on the merits by an appointed lawyer. Within 72 business hours of submitting the questionnaire complete with documentation (indicative timeframe), you receive a free assessment report containing the probability of success, the expected value of the case, and an explanation of the assessment you received.

We place
If your case meets the requirements, we list it on our Portal dedicated to investors. The goal is to receive economic offers for the assignment of the case. No obligation: you are always the one who decides whether to accept an offer.

We coordinate
We provide informational support on the status of your case. Case conduct remains with the appointed lawyer (who may be your trusted one). How costs and litigation risks are allocated is defined in the funding contract you sign with the third-party fund; ComproCausa is not a party to that contract.

Your point of contact if a fund becomes interested. Explains the fund's proposal and the information you need to evaluate it. The Referent does not represent the fund: you sign the contract directly with the fund. We recommend having it reviewed by an independent lawyer before signing.
